Through the study of party classes, I realized that my previous understanding of the party was limited and one-sided. By studying the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we have realized the changes in the world, national conditions and party conditions in the new stage of the new century, put forward new requirements for party building, and made important amendments to party constitution, so as to complete the new tasks faced by the party and the country in the critical period of reform and development. The newly revised party constitution highlights Scientific Outlook on Development's historical position, adheres to the spirit of reform, innovation and keeping pace with the times, and makes appropriate modifications or supplements to some contents of party constitution while keeping the overall framework of party constitution unchanged, and writes the conclusions of Scientific Outlook on Development and Socialism with Chinese characteristics's road and theoretical system, the goal of struggle, the overall layout of the "four-in-one" socialist cause, the great understanding and achievements of party building, and some mature systems of inner-party democracy construction into party constitution. Through this period of study, I have a clearer direction of efforts: first, strengthen the study of political theory. We should seriously study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents's scientific theory system. They are the theory of proletarian liberation movement and powerful ideological weapons to guide revolution and construction. With this powerful ideological weapon, we can determine our correct outlook on life, world outlook and values, prevent and eliminate all kinds of wrong ideas, wrong tendencies and interference, take fewer detours and maintain the correct development direction.
