You can install it with a USB flash drive.

Installing XP/WIN7/WIN8 system with USB flash drive is divided into the following four steps:

1. Make a USB boot disk. Here I recommend a tool for making peach U disk, which can be found online.

2. The USB flash drive startup disk is ready, and a GHOST file is needed. You can download a ghost version of XP/WIN7/WIN8 system from the Internet, or copy the gho file of the system disk you backed up with GHOST to the USB flash drive that has been made.

3. Set the startup sequence of the computer to USB flash drive. Depending on the motherboard, the keys to enter the BIOS are different. Common ones are Delete, F 12, F2, Esc, etc. Enter the BIOS, find "Boot", change the startup item to "USB-HDD", then press "f10"-"Yes" to exit and save, and then restart the computer.

Some computers will have a startup menu prompt when plugging in a USB flash drive, such as pressing F 1 1 (or other function keys) to start the computer from the USB flash drive, so that the computer can set the startup sequence without entering the BIOS.

4. After starting the computer with a USB flash drive, run WinPE. The next operation is the same as that on a normal computer. You can back up important files, format disk C and disk partition, restore system backup with Ghost, and install operating system.
