2. The daily safety education of employees shall be organized and implemented by the safety management department of the company.

Five, the new factory workers safety education regulations

1. New employees must receive three-level safety education of the company, workshop (or department) and team according to regulations, and the safety department of the company, workshop (or department) safety officer and team safety officer shall make corresponding records and sign in the "Safety Education Record" column of the Employee Safety Education Card.

2. 1. Employees with job changes need to report to the new unit with their employee safety education cards, and the workshop (or department) safety officer will fill in the corresponding work change record in the column of "Work Change Record", and the workshop (or department) safety officer and shift safety officer will provide them with secondary and tertiary safety education according to regulations; Fill in the second and third level safety education information in the column of "Safety Education Record".

2. Workers who change jobs must go through the secondary and tertiary safety education of the new unit before taking up their posts.

1. After the workers who change their posts in the workshop go through the examination and approval procedures for post change according to the regulations, the workshop safety officer shall fill in the corresponding post change record in the column of "post change record", and the workshop safety officer and the shift safety officer shall provide them with secondary and tertiary safety education according to the regulations; Fill in the second and third level safety education information in the column of "Safety Education Record".

2. The transfer personnel in the workshop must go through the secondary and tertiary safety education of the new post before they can take up their posts.

Eight, the provisions of the safety education for government personnel

1. The daily safety education of government staff (including cadres and workers) shall be organized by the safety management department in a unified way, and the corresponding safety education records shall be made.

2. If the functionaries change jobs, they shall go through the examination and approval procedures for job change at the department as required; The post-transfer education of government personnel shall be conducted by some safety officers and team safety officers in accordance with the regulations for secondary and tertiary safety education; And in the "safety education records" column to fill in the second and third level safety education records.
