According to the requirements of the company and the owner, our department establishes and improves the safety production management system, strengthens leadership and has a clear division of labor. The project manager is fully responsible for the safety work of the whole project, and is the first person responsible for production safety. The project production manager is mainly responsible for the safety production of the project. The safety, quality and environmental protection department of the project department shall comprehensively supervise and guide the on-site safety production, and be equipped with full-time safety officers to timely understand and feedback the on-site safety information.
