12 10, doctors from secondary hospitals in 65 counties and districts in the province began to participate in job-transfer training for psychiatrists. The one-year training course is divided into three parts: professional knowledge training, clinical skills training and community training, during which relevant examinations will be held regularly.

The so-called job-transfer training means selecting doctors from departments related to basic knowledge of psychiatry such as neurology and psychology in hospitals at all levels, and becoming qualified psychiatrists after standardized training and examination.
