2. First of all, the company arranged two days of military training for us, which reflected the company's emphasis on the quality training of employees and the concept of team building. These two days have experienced the glory of being a soldier. From standing in the military posture, saluting to running, every movement must be in place, unified and standardized, with neat queues and loud slogans, especially for large-scale gatherings. Every team member must be in place at the fastest speed. We can clearly feel our progress, do things in an orderly way and not fight alone, which also cultivates our spirit of hard work and hons our strong willpower and execution. During military training, instructors organize us to sing songs and play games, which not only increases the unity and friendship among colleagues, but also understands that the strength of the team is the greatest, and only when we are United as a group can we better complete the task.
We have learned product knowledge in these four days. I am a salesman. In this training, the training of product knowledge is very rich. From the basic knowledge of automobile, to the analysis of the reception demand of exhibition hall and the related business of accessories, we have realized how important it is to master knowledge as a salesperson. Only by mastering product knowledge can we better explain to customers and let them recognize us.
