It must be after the medical treatment expires. If during the medical treatment period, the employer has no right to arrange the work of the workers without authorization. If the laborer can still engage in the original job after the medical treatment expires, the employer cannot arrange another job. Only when the employee can't do the original job can the employer have the right to arrange another job for the employee.
