SYB training mode: This is a training program specially developed by the International Labour Organization to meet the needs of cultivating founders of micro (small) enterprises, and has been promoted in more than 80 countries around the world. SYB training technology was introduced to China on 200 1 by the pilot project jointly implemented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the International Labour Organization, and has been implemented in more than 50 cities. SYB is "entrepreneurship", that is, "entrepreneurship". Through the training of entrepreneurial awareness, we can measure whether it is suitable for starting a business and produce feasible entrepreneurial ideas. Through the training of business planning, we can guide the completion of all the links and steps of business, and measure the sustainability of business. Through practice, I will use systematic knowledge to plan and calculate my own business ideas and form a business plan. Through entrepreneurship training, cultivate and improve the psychological, management and professional qualities of "entrepreneurs" and enhance their ability to control the market. The "entrepreneurs" among laid-off workers are trained in psychology, management and professional quality, so as to help laid-off workers change their employment concept and establish entrepreneurial confidence. At the same time, they are trained in market analysis ability, market competition awareness and organization and management ability, so as to enhance their ability to cope with the market and create a group of successful small bosses.
Three-stage training mode: the whole process of entrepreneurship training is divided into theoretical learning stage, consulting and counseling stage and follow-up support stage. In the theoretical study stage, we mainly carry out education on entrepreneurship awareness, basic knowledge of entrepreneurship and related economic laws and regulations; In the counseling stage, experts from the advisory committee or teachers from training institutions provide classified guidance and consultation on the business plans made by the trainees, helping the trainees to determine the business projects with development prospects and meeting the market demand, and to modify and improve the business plans. The first and second stages of training generally last for three to six months. In the follow-up counseling stage, mainly aiming at the problems encountered by students in the process of starting a business, we provide consulting and services, including helping students to handle file keeping, industrial and commercial registration, paying social insurance, adjusting marketing strategies, applying for loans, etc. This stage can be long or short, depending on the actual situation.
