Preventive measures of surge
1, pressure regulation
When the compressor works above the set pressure, the outlet pressure can be maintained by inlet throttling, or part of the pressure can be discharged by opening the anti-surge regulating valve; You can also install a bypass pipe and adopt the method of bypass reflux to keep the discharge pressure at the set pressure and the flow rate within the specified minimum flow rate.
2, frequency converter speed regulation
When the compressor starts running, the load is maximum. The sensor transmits the measured data to PLC, and the PLC outputs the operating frequency to the frequency converter to control the frequency converter. With the operation of the compressor, PLC sends a signal according to the decrease of pressure difference and flow rate to control the frequency converter to reduce the power frequency, thus reducing the rotating speed of the compressor in operation, avoiding the surge of the compressor and reducing unnecessary energy loss.
