Start with the product, the selling point of your company, and what you can offer your customers. First of all, you should be familiar with your products. When you see the machine, you will know what it is, whether it is infrared HD or pan-tilt hemisphere, as well as their specific parameters, how many meters of infrared, what scheme to use and so on. At least when customers need products, you know if you have them here. Secondly, you need to know how to use your product. You know how to contact customers when they need a demonstration. There are also sales skills, how to quote customers and how to chat with customers, all of which need time to accumulate.

It is best to start with the product. Then run a few times with the old sales, run a few times by yourself, check for leaks and fill gaps, and find a sales style that suits you.
