Article 4 Medical institutions that meet the following conditions may apply for physical examination.

Chapter III Practice Rules
Article 7 A medical institution shall, according to the list of basic physical examination items formulated by the Ministry of Health, formulate the list of physical examination items of its own institution (hereinafter referred to as the list) and carry out physical examination according to the list.

Twelfth medical institutions should carry out clinical laboratory testing in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Clinical Laboratories in Medical Institutions, strictly implement relevant operating procedures and issue inspection reports.
Thirteenth health examination results should be recorded and signed by the relevant professional practitioners responsible for the inspection.
Article 14 A medical institution shall issue a health examination report to the examinee who has completed the health examination. The health examination report shall include the general information, physical examination records, laboratory and medical image examination reports, records of positive signs and abnormalities, descriptions of health status and relevant suggestions.
Fifteenth health examination report shall conform to the basic norms of medical record writing.
Article 16 A medical institution shall designate a doctor to examine and sign a health examination report. The physician who is responsible for signing the health examination report shall have the professional and technical post qualifications of the deputy chief physician of internal medicine or surgery, and have passed the training and examination by the health administrative department of the people's government at or above the municipal level.
Seventeenth medical institutions to carry out health examination must accept the quality control management organized by the health administrative department of the people's government at or above the municipal level.
Eighteenth medical institutions should formulate a reasonable health examination process, strictly implement the relevant regulations and norms, and do a good job in hospital infection prevention and control and biosafety management.
