According to the overall arrangement of the municipal party Committee on the implementation of rectification, our bureau carefully sorted out the opinions and suggestions solicited and the problems found in self-examination and self-correction, and took various measures to do a good job in the implementation of rectification. Second, the implementation of a healthy order in the construction market: In order to establish and improve a centralized and unified trading platform, the Tendering Office has drawn up the Regulations on the Management of Construction Projects in Xiangtan City, and all the construction projects in Jiuhua Demonstration Zone have been included in the scope of trading. On behalf of the government, our bureau also drafted the Measures for the Administration of Residential Buildings, which will be promulgated and implemented after discussion and adoption by the government. Fourthly, the implementation of building energy efficiency: building energy efficiency standards run through the whole process from engineering design to completion acceptance and filing. In the whole year, the operating rate of building energy efficiency reached 94% (excluding resettlement houses and low-rent houses), and the design rate and implementation rate of mandatory standards for energy efficiency reached 100%. In 2009, two large-scale building energy-saving publicity activities were carried out, involving the provincial construction department, the municipal government, the construction management department and the design, construction, development, construction and energy-saving material production enterprises. Fifth, regarding the implementation of community management: On behalf of the government, our bureau drafted the Measures for Acceptance of Handover of Residential Communities in Xiangtan Real Estate Development Projects.
