As an early software major graduate in China, he was able to accept the school assignment and work in a large state-owned enterprise, but he finally gave up the school assignment and chose to come to Suzhou with entrepreneurial passion. After a year in charge of sales in a large enterprise in Suzhou, he was full of entrepreneurial passion and was not satisfied with the stability of state-owned enterprises. With more than a year's work experience, plus the knowledge and contacts accumulated during his work in Zhongguancun, Beijing, he resolutely chose to start a business. At the beginning of my business, I mainly acted as an agent for software products, both as a boss and a man, doing everything in technology, sales and service.

The urban cadastral management system developed in 2000 is the first batch of certified products of the Ministry of Land and Resources, and won the third prize of scientific and technological progress in Jiangsu Province.

After 2000, Lu Xiaoyan discovered the huge business opportunities in the e-government software market in China with his keen business vision, and resolutely decided to join in and succeed. Under his leadership, with its accumulation and excellent service in the field of e-government software, Oso undertook a large number of e-government software projects, ensuring the smooth implementation and effective use of each e-government project, which won unanimous praise and won the "Excellent Office Automation Project of China Government in 2002-2003". Since the research and development of e-government software products in 2002, the company's e-government business ranks first in Suzhou market share, and gradually goes out of Jiangsu to face the national market. Up to now, we have 12 e-government products with completely independent intellectual property rights, which have made outstanding contributions to the construction of e-government in Jiangsu Province.

Since 2004, Lu Xiaoyan has gradually begun to try international offshore software outsourcing. In 2005, Li Yuanchao, then secretary of the provincial party committee, led a delegation to visit India, followed by Lu Xiaoyan. The huge contrast between the prosperity of Indian software industry and the backwardness of Indian economy has greatly stimulated Lu Xiaoyan. After returning to China, he thinks that China software enterprises need to unite, change the small and scattered status quo, and establish the national brand of China software, so as to further expand their share in the international outsourcing market. Out of a strong sense of patriotism and social responsibility, with the strong support of Jiangsu Information Industry Department, he joined the first batch of five software enterprises with considerable scale in the province and vigorously promoted the establishment of Jiangsu United Outsourcing Company.

With the development of the company and the analysis of the industrial environment at home and abroad, Lu Xiaoyan deeply realized that talent is the core competitiveness of software enterprises, so she embarked on a development path different from other software enterprises. From the beginning, we began to combine the two industries of "software talent education, software R&D and service". While doing a good job in software business, we devoted ourselves to the vocational training of software talents and created an independent education brand "Soddy Education". In 2007, Soddy Education joined hands with IBM to create a new mode of training software talents, and trained a number of IT professionals.

In 2008, the cadastral management software of its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Jintu Technology Co., Ltd. was the first software enterprise in China to pass the second national land survey software test by the Ministry of Land and Resources. In the future, the company's new land software products will cover all businesses of land and resources management, and provide an efficient e-government system for land and resources management in China based on business systems. In 2008, Soddy Software Training Base, located in suzhou science and technology town with a total area of over 20,000 square meters, was put into use, which can train more than 3,000 software talents every year.

In 2009, OSO will build a 60,000-square-meter international project delivery center and software talent service base in Nanjing. Taking advantage of its own vocational training, the company has created a brand-new enterprise operation mode: "software factory+education", and the two businesses complement each other, making Ousuo develop rapidly and advance by leaps and bounds.
