Taking 10 kg soybean as an example, the production method is introduced as follows.
1. Soak beans. Peel the selected 10 kg soybean and soak it in 30 kg cold water. Soak under room temperature 15 for 6-7 hours. About 20, soak for 6 hours. Soak for 5 hours at 25 ~ 30, then take out and grind.

3. Brake foam. In order to remove the air in soybean milk, the method of sludge foam braking can be used. The specific method is to use 4 ~ 6 yuan edible oil (also known as oil base), add 10 kg of 50 water, stir well, then pour it into soybean milk, and the bean foam will disappear naturally after 5 ~ 6 minutes.
4. Filter the pulp. After the first filtration, 40 kg of cold water (including washing and grinding water 10 kg) was added, which was added to the bean dregs twice to wash the dregs and filter. In addition, 10 ~ 12 kg cold water was used to wash the residue, which was reserved as part of the pulp.
5. Boil the pulp. Pay attention to the anti-paste pan and overflow pan. Boil the pulp for 2 ~ 3 minutes and stir the pulp with a spoon. Cold water is not allowed.
6. Order pulp. Put the cooked pulp into a bucket or other covered container. After 8 ~ 10 minutes, when the slurry temperature drops to 30 ~ 90 degrees, put 100 ~150g of cooked gypsum powder into 7 ~ 8kg of slurry washing water, stir evenly, and discharge the slurry after10 minutes. Pay attention to uniformity and consistency when ordering slurry, and stir frequently to prevent disorderly stirring. Stop when sesame-sized particles appear in the pulp, cover it for about 30 ~ 40 minutes, and wrap it when the pulp temperature drops to about 70.
