The director of the office of the company is responsible for organizing the induction training for new employees, which mainly includes the following contents: a. Each department (store) is responsible for putting forward and compiling the requirements for the induction skills training and qualification of employees in each position. Mainly includes the following contents: a, post name b, post qualification requirements (including academic qualifications, work experience requirements and special qualification requirements) c, post skill training requirements (including basic training requirements and professional skills training requirements) 1-3, quality control department is responsible for training various accounting and record registration methods, mainly including the following contents: a, various form names b, record method 65438.

At the end of each year, each department (store) should put forward the positions and specific requirements that the department (store) needs to continue training, formulate its annual training plan, and report it to the office. Each department (store) should consider the following aspects in the annual training plan: a. the assessment results of employee training in the previous year; B. Requirements for adding new knowledge and skills to the post; 2-2. The office prepares the company's annual training plan according to the annual training plan submitted by each department (store). It mainly includes the following contents: a, training contents or items (including induction training and job skills training for new employees) b, methods for implementing training c, responsible departments for organizing training d, training schedule e, assessment methods: written test, oral test, on-site operation and experience report 3. The annual training plan shall be approved by the company manager. And distributed to all departments (stores) four. Implementation training 1. Before each training, the office shall formulate a training implementation plan, which shall be implemented after being approved by the director of the office. The training implementation plan shall include the following contents: 1- 1, training project name 1-2, specific training date 1-3, training method 1-4, training lecturer 1-5 and training target/kloc.
For each training, all participants should sign the training sign-in form. Employees who do not participate in training and assessment without leave will be treated as absenteeism, and the office will organize assessment and spot check. For the training items that need to be evaluated, the training instructor should record the evaluation results. The assessment results are linked to the employment contract signed the following year. V. Training for employees who have transferred to other posts When enterprises adjust their employees to change jobs due to work needs, they should provide quality education and training for the employees who have transferred to other posts. The content and time of training depends on the difference procedure between the new post and the original post. Intransitive verb delivery training 1. According to the delivery training plan in the annual training implementation plan of the office, each department shall put forward a list, which can only be implemented after it is approved by the company manager. 2. Overseas trainees should report to the office before going out and after studying. After the study, copy the training certificate and submit it to the office for filing. 3. The expenses required for employees' overseas training shall be audited by the office, and submitted to the Finance Department for reimbursement after being approved by the company manager. Seven. Establish employee training (technical) files 1. The office is responsible for establishing the training files of the whole company. 2. Each department shall timely send the evaluation results of employee training to the office for filing. Eight. Preservation of training records 1. Training records shall include: a.
