The Department of Finance of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued the Notice on Issues Related to Unemployment Insurance Supporting Insured Workers to Improve Their Vocational Skills (hereinafter referred to as the Notice). According to the circular, those who have participated in unemployment insurance according to law and paid unemployment insurance premiums continuously for more than 36 months (including 36 months) will get the primary level (level 5) from 20 17 1.

According to the requirements of the Notice, licensed pharmacists must obtain the professional qualification certificate of pharmacists after 20 17 1 and pay unemployment insurance for more than 3 years.
