The training content mainly includes basic knowledge and skills such as political theory, administration according to law, civil servant law and civil servant code of conduct, and working methods of organs, focusing on improving the ability of newly recruited civil servants to adapt to the work of organs.
The target of the first training is the newly recruited personnel of the institution, that is, the civil servants who have entered the institution after examination and served as the chief clerk and other non-leadership positions below equivalent positions. The purpose is to familiarize new recruits with the relevant principles and policies of the party and the state and the working characteristics of the organs through training.
On-the-job training refers to the corresponding training for civil servants who are ready to be promoted to certain leadership positions according to the requirements of promotion. The purpose of training is to lay a good foundation for civil servants to perform their promoted duties by training them in theoretical policies, organizational leadership and professional knowledge.
Specialized business training refers to the knowledge and skills training provided by the authorities for civil servants to engage in specialized work. The content, time and method of training should be determined according to the needs of special work.
Civil servant training is divided into four types:
First, the training of new recruits, also known as initial training;
The second is the training of civil servants who have been promoted to leadership positions, that is, on-the-job training;
Third, according to the needs of special work, carry out special business training;
The fourth is to provide on-the-job training for all civil servants to update their knowledge and improve their working ability.
