In order to give full play to the advantages and functions of traditional Chinese medicine in urban and rural health work in our county, promote the knowledge, technology and services of traditional Chinese medicine to enter families, communities and rural areas, and promote the smooth development of traditional Chinese medicine in our county, our county plans to intensify its efforts on 20 10, and organize and implement training programs on knowledge and skills of traditional Chinese medicine in county traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, county general hospitals, township hospitals and rural doctors. I. Training Organization and Management
Yilong County Health Bureau is responsible for the unified implementation of Chinese medicine knowledge and skills training for Chinese medicine personnel and rural doctors, and strengthening the organization, management, supervision and assessment of county (township) training; It also organized experts from the Yilong County Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine to strengthen professional guidance on the training of Chinese medicine knowledge and skills for Chinese medicine personnel and rural doctors. County (township, town) Health Bureau will implement Chinese medicine knowledge and skills training activities for Chinese medicine personnel and rural doctors as planned. The county health bureau should combine the self-education and self-use of Chinese herbal medicines with the promotion of appropriate technologies of Chinese medicine, scientifically coordinate the knowledge and skills training activities of Chinese medicine at the grassroots level, promote the in-depth development of Chinese medicine in urban and rural areas, and enhance the service capacity of Chinese medicine in urban and rural areas.

There are 1 village clinics (community health service stations) that meet the basic requirements of knowledge and skills of Chinese medicine for rural doctors (western medicine) determined by the Ministry of Health and state administration of traditional chinese medicine.
Fourth, the implementation of training.
The training form is mainly self-study, supplemented by centralized counseling. According to the different situations of county traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, county general hospitals, township hospitals and rural doctors, the training implementation plan is formulated, and training activities are planned to be carried out in the Chinese medicine department of Yilong County Health Bureau before the end of April.
Strict attendance system shall be implemented in the training, with no less than 150 class hours throughout the year; And the county health bureau and the township area will arrange counseling (4 hours a week, ***40 hours).
