1. Prepare the third-cycle academic certificate of valid materials (usually 5 years), and shoot or scan the first page and the last page. If not, please find relevant supporting materials.

2. Open the website to check the report time.

3. Pull down to the bottom of the webpage, find a line of professional technicians, and click Login. Login user name is ID number, and password defaults to the last 6 digits of ID number. If you have changed your password before, please click "Forgot your login password" in the lower right corner of the login window to reset your password.

4. After logging in, select the option of reporting study time.

5. Fill in according to the following requirements. There is no need to fill in the learning content, and the learning time of the third cycle does not need to be too precise.

6. After the submission is successful, you can see the following interface in the "Application Progress Query", and finally it is approved by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
