When we have a new thinking about life or things, it is very necessary to write an experience, thus enriching our thoughts. How should I write it properly? The following is my experience in general surgery. Welcome to read the collection.
Experience in general surgery 1 Time flies. My one-month internship in general surgery has ended. In this process, I deeply realized what rigor is!
I still remember coming to general surgery in August 1. The head nurse asked us to introduce ourselves in front of all the teachers in the department and the internship goal of 1 month in the department. After that, we gave a lecture to all interns about the environment, system, professional characteristics of the department and our respective teachers. My teacher looks kind and capable, and I suddenly feel down to earth. Following her, I started my internship with confidence.
The feeling of the first day of general education is one word: busy! There are many emergency patients and surgical patients. In addition to daily work, teachers in each class have to hand over the patient's condition, pipeline, incision, stoma and so on. If family members or patients don't cooperate with the treatment, they need to communicate patiently. The air conditioner in the ward is not cooled, the TV can't be turned on, and the sewer is blocked. The teacher won't solve it until he is finished with his work. Although I am only the teacher's favorite, I am physically exhausted at the end of the day, and the workload of the teacher is far greater than mine. How tired she should be! But I didn't hear the teacher complain! They are busy at work, helping each other, like a big family, working hard for the health of patients every day! The teacher's words and deeds moved and inspired me!
Every week, the department organizes nursing rounds and operation training. As an intern nurse, she will strictly implement the core system and be strict with herself under the guidance of the teacher, so as to be diligent in eyes, hands, mouth and legs! Master the theory and operation of common specialized diseases in general surgery (such as the nursing of appendicitis, perioperative management of surgical patients, intravenous indwelling needle puncture technology, gastrointestinal decompression technology, massive enema technology, enterostomy nursing technology, etc. Every day I work with the attitude that I can learn more, but every day I get something! These are inseparable from the teacher's guidance to me! Sometimes I am stupid in my studies. Once my carelessness led the teacher to apologize to the patient. Although I got the patient's understanding, the teacher did not blame me, but comforted me. Therefore, in clinical nursing work, we must be good at thinking and summarizing, and maintain a rigorous work attitude, so as to grow!
Finally, I thank the hospital for giving me the opportunity to learn, and thank the big family of general surgery for their guidance and tolerance. In the next study, I will cherish the learning opportunities, continue to work hard and pay tribute to the teachers!
Experience of general surgery 2 I practiced in general surgery for a month, and I got a lot of exercise and gained a lot. Many bad habits that I didn't notice were discovered by my teaching teacher and corrected in time. At the same time, the teacher also gave me many opportunities to practice, let me further exercise myself, cultivate myself and correct my mistakes.
During the internship, I learned about the types of diseases treated by general surgery, nursing measures for different diseases, health education and preoperative and postoperative care. I also learned how to prepare nutrition bags, pay attention to checking the names of drugs, and master the functions and dosage of commonly used drugs. I also mastered the use of monitor, nursing of indwelling needle and catheter, as well as the independent operation of catheterization, nasal feeding, intravenous indwelling needle, enema and how to write bottles.
At the same time, during the internship. I don't forget to pay attention to current political news, and I am always ready to meet the call of the party. I participated in the organizational study in this department and gained a lot. I like it. Every member of general surgery is very warm and friendly. I regard it as a big family, very happy, very happy, and time passes quickly. I have been very busy, full and encouraged this month. I really want to face the work now.
Experience of general surgery 3 In a blink of an eye, my internship in general surgery is coming to an end. I am bitter and tired in this department, but I am still very happy. A month's internship in general surgery has benefited me a lot, but I am about to leave the department, but I am reluctant to give up.
During my internship in general surgery, I had a comprehensive understanding of general surgery nursing. Mastered the common nursing techniques of general surgery. Such as gastrointestinal decompression, indwelling catheter, enema, peripheral vein indwelling needle, enema and so on. At the same time, I also learned the postoperative care of appendicitis, hernia, thyroid and other common diseases. Mastered the contents that should be observed after major operations such as gastric cancer, gallstones, colon cancer and rectal cancer.
During my study in this department, I can strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the department, will not be late and leave early, and can complete various operations independently. During my internship in this department, I worked the night shift. I clearly know the responsibility of night shift, and I also know the hard work of night shift. Although I didn't do anything at night, I still feel tired. There are relatively many surgical patients, and they have also learned relevant knowledge before and after operation. Preoperative preparation includes psychological counseling and dietary guidance for intestinal preparation. Postoperative vital signs monitoring, incision observation, assistance in coughing and expectoration, observation of infusion volume and infusion speed, nursing of various drainage tubes, nursing of urinary catheter, diet nursing, observation and nursing of postoperative complications, etc. In our daily work, we are required to communicate with them more patiently. Only in this way can we better improve the quality of nursing and make patients trust our work. If you have time, you should also teach the patients' families how to care, and observe their vital signs at any time after operation. Every day, we should constantly shuttle through various wards in order to understand the patient's condition changes, find problems early, solve problems early and treat them early.
In the process of undergraduate internship, I strictly abide by all the rules and regulations and earnestly perform the duties of internship nurses. Be strict with yourself, respect teachers, unite students, care for patients, work hard, and strive to achieve standardized nursing work, high-quality skill service, flexible basic nursing, regular love activities, combination of theory and practice, and planned theoretical study. After staying in a department for a long time, I feel that everyone really feels like a family. Teachers' care and teaching, students' mutual help and teamwork of the whole department make busy work full and happy. I like the neatness of the operation. Although busy, I feel carefree and gain something every day. Most of my tutors are in the main class and seldom work at night. I just work with other teachers in the evening, except for following the teacher to handle doctor's orders, count items and print infusion cards. I will also take the initiative to help pick up bottles, do physical therapy, atomization and other treatments, and live such a repetitive and busy life every day.
Finally, under the teacher's careful teaching and patient teaching, I attended nursing rounds on time, became familiar with the patient's condition, standardized and mastered the basic nursing operation and specialized nursing operation. In a word, I am very happy to be an intern in general surgery, which has taught me a lot and gained a lot. Only by putting yourself into the internship and having a good experience can we gradually accumulate experience. According to what I have learned, I believe I can make good use of it and be a qualified nurse.
