How to remove the salty taste of salted fish?
(1) brackish water desalination method: the salted fish is soaked in 2% brackish water, and the high-concentration salt in the salted fish is infiltrated into the low-concentration brackish water by using the concentration difference between them. After soaking for about 2 ~ 3 hours, take out the salted fish and rinse it with clear water. So salted fish is not so salty.

(2) Liquor desalination method: after the salted fish is washed, it is soaked in liquor for 2-3 hours to remove part of the salt of the salted fish.

(3) Rice wine desalting method: after the salted fish is washed, it is soaked in rice wine for 2-3 hours, so that the excess salt on the fish can be removed, and the cooked fish thus treated has pure taste and strong fragrance.

(4) Method of removing the salty taste with vinegar: put the salted fish into the pot, then pour some warm water (the amount of water is subject to immersion of the salted fish), then pour 2 ~ 3 spoonfuls of vinegar and soak for 3 ~ 4 hours.

(5) Desalination method of rice washing water: add 1 ~ 2 teaspoons of alkali to rice washing water, and then add salted fish. After soaking for 4-5 hours, take out the salted fish and wash it with clear water.
