Wang Lie: Teachers must "learn from me like my superego".
He has served as an academic experience inheritance tutor for seven consecutive times, trained 14 heirs, and preached and taught for 32 years. His expectation for his successor is gradually becoming a reality.

On the list of the seventh batch of national instructors for the inheritance of academic experience of traditional Chinese medicine, which was published not long ago, there was a special encounter-Wang Lie, a master of traditional Chinese medicine known as the "king of children", and his second heirs, Yuan Xiaofeng and Li Lixin, appeared on the list at the same time.

Wang Lie was selected for the seventh time as an instructor for the inheritance of academic experience of old Chinese medicine. However, when he was selected for the first time, he didn't expect that decades later, his heirs would all grow into Xinglin talents: Li Hongwei was well received by the masses and was known as "Li Xiaozi"; Li Lixin and Yuan Xiaofeng both became the guides of inheritance work; Guma became the chief scientist of the R&D key project of the Ministry of Science and Technology; Feng Xiaochun was rated as a famous old Chinese medicine practitioner in Jilin Province. ...

Learn from me like my superego. With the deepening of inheriting the academic experience of old Chinese medicine practitioners, Wang Lie's expectation for students is gradually becoming a reality.

7 batches of academic experience inheritance work, 14 heir, preaching and teaching for 32 years. Wang Lie's inheritance story is a microcosm of the academic experience inheritance of old Chinese medicine practitioners all over the country. Since the launch of the 1990 project, state administration of traditional chinese medicine has selected 3,404 tutors and trained 6,562 successors. Among the first batch of six inheritors, 24 were rated as national famous old Chinese medicine practitioners, 22 became Huang Qi scholars, 265,438+09 became inheritance instructors, and more than 220 were selected into the top-notch young talent programs such as young Huang Qi scholars and outstanding clinical talents of Chinese medicine, which provided an important talent guarantee for the development of Chinese medicine.

The three-foot clinic is also a three-foot platform.

"In view of the fact that the old Chinese medicine experts with unique academic experience and technical expertise are old, urgent measures must be taken to inherit them, otherwise these experiences and expertise will be lost and irreparable losses will be caused."

1in the summer of 990, state administration of traditional chinese medicine, the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health jointly made the "Decision on Taking Urgent Measures to Inherit the Academic Experience of Famous and Old Chinese Medicine Practitioners", which showed the urgency of academic inheritance of famous and old Chinese medicine practitioners and started the first batch of academic experience inheritance of famous and old Chinese medicine practitioners in China.

This year, a large number of old Chinese medicine experts with real skills, Rainbow, became mentors. It was also from this year that there were more heirs beside the three-foot clinic in Wang Lie.

At 6 o'clock in the morning, Changchun's style is cold outside. Before the start of the free clinic 1 hour, in the free clinic room in Wang Lie, the inheritors were seated in turn. Wang Lie took out a prepared speech and explained his understanding, clinical experience and prescription of the disease in detail. After the small class is over, clinical teaching will be carried out to further consolidate the knowledge learned by the inheritors. This is Wang Lie's unique method of inheriting academic experience-combining small classes with teaching.

These lecture notes, which condensed Wang Lie's academic thoughts, accumulated thicker and thicker, and were finally compiled into Wang Lie's academic experience series.

Writing books is another important way for Wang Lie to inherit academic experience. In Wang Lie's view, whether in classroom teaching or clinical teaching, the number of people who can get their own biographies is always limited. However, sorting out their academic thoughts and clinical experience into papers and books will greatly increase the spread radius and benefit more pediatricians of traditional Chinese medicine.

Guma, the chief physician working in the children's outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, recalled that Wang Lie always brought a thick stack of books in exchange for a thick stack of books during academic exchanges. He used books as a medium, on the one hand, spreading his own academic experience, on the other hand, absorbing other people's academic ideas for his own use.

Today, 92-year-old Wang Lie still keeps the habit of writing without interruption. He got up before dawn, wrote a speech, went to the hospital at 6 o'clock to give a small class to his successor, and opened an outpatient clinic at 7 o'clock. After the seventh batch of heirs joined his estate, Wang Lie gave them eight small lessons in his spare time.

"Master-apprentice inheritance is the main form of ancient Chinese medicine inheritance and an important way of contemporary inheritance. Judging from the inheritance of my first six batches of academic experience, this road is correct and should be adhered to. " Wang Lie believes that university education has laid a good theoretical foundation for students of traditional Chinese medicine, and learning from teachers focuses on inheriting teachers' experience. Both have their own emphasis, complement each other and are indispensable.

It is worth mentioning that Wang Lie's emphasis on the mentoring model also stems from his feelings for the mentor. Wang Lie, who graduated from Harbin Medical University majoring in pediatrics, has a strong interest in Chinese medicine. During my work in the Workers' Hospital of Changchun Automobile Factory, I was enlightened by three old Chinese medicine practitioners in the hospital, which laid a solid theoretical foundation for the first Chinese medicine class in China. Fortunately, he was guided by famous doctors such as Peng Yun and Hu Yongsheng from Changchun College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Zhu Zhilong from Changchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and made great progress in clinical practice, teaching and scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine. He still remembers the teacher's teaching, and Lang Lang became a chant: "My teacher has read too many books, so my friends can choose to pay;" A thousand parties are easy to get, but one party is hard to find; The way of clinical practice, without ancient prescriptions, can not cure diseases. Holding the ancient prescription can't cure the disease; Fang Guizhi is not in the present and now, but in terms of being suitable for the condition and effective treatment ... "

"Because the teacher is not strict, it is difficult to solve this problem."

"Teachers often encourage us with' learn from me like I am superego', hoping that we can break through innovation and surpass him on the basis of inheritance." Guma explained that "learning from me" means learning the teacher's ideas and methods of seeing a doctor and constantly summing up and learning from experience; "Like me", that is, like a teacher, with correct thinking, reasonable syndrome differentiation, proper medication and strict prescription; "Superego" means learning from the teacher's experience. Do not stick to the rules, dare to innovate and practice, and be good at explaining the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine with modern scientific theories.

"It is easy to learn from me, and it is not difficult to be like me, but the superego must strive to be honest and innovative." Wang Lie said.

Therefore, Wang Lie attached great importance to the cultivation of the heirs' innovative thinking. He often takes the story of his own discovery and application of Chelidonium majus as an example to encourage his successors to think hard and be brave in innovation.

From 65438 to 0969, Wang Lie accidentally learned that Chelidonium majus was often used to treat diarrhea, so he personally tried this medicine to determine its effect and dosage. In an accidental clinical practice, he found that Chelidonium majus still has the effect of treating cough, so he used Chelidonium majus to treat simple pertussis and constantly optimized the preparation. Finally, he incorporated Chelidonium majus into Chinese herbal pieces and included it in China Pharmacopoeia 1977 and 2020 editions.

"The teacher also encourages us to do scientific research, do projects and summarize and improve in clinical practice. He led us to carry out clinical, theoretical and basic research on childhood asthma, and formed "three theories, five prescriptions, fourteen methods, five new drugs and six preparations", which formed an innovative theoretical system in terms of etiology, treatment principles and prevention, and continuously optimized a series of prevention and treatment programs, which were recognized by domestic colleagues and included in textbooks as appropriate technologies. Guma added that the key project of the key R&D plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology, "Demonstration Research on the Application of Chinese Medicine to Reducing Children's Bacterial Infectious Diseases", was also completed with the encouragement and guidance of Wang Lie.

"An undisciplined doctor hurts patients but despises life, and an undisciplined teacher misleads children, which makes the problem difficult to solve." Behind the heir's "learning from me like my superego" is Wang Lie's almost harsh harshness towards them.

"The teacher is very demanding of us. Because the outpatient medical record was not written well, I was trained to cry. " Guma said that Wang Lie has very high requirements on the format of medical records, descriptions of four diagnoses and even punctuation marks. On one occasion, guma made a mistake in a hurry, and the medical records were angrily thrown to the ground by Wang Lie.

"The task assigned by the teacher must be skinned every time!" Yuan Xiaofeng, director of the Pediatrics Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, had long heard of Wang Lie's illness, and even quit the teaching staff because of fear. Yuan Xiaofeng recalled that if she had clinical inspiration, Wang Lie would "force" her to summarize and refine in time and write academic articles; More than 20,000 words of paper, Wang Lie looked at it word by word and made her change it again and again; If anyone dares to "fool" Wang Lie in his studies, he will be taught a lesson. Countless nights of burning lamps and burning oil have brought the true skill of Chinese medicine from Yuan Xiaofeng and other descendants.

I hope that the road of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine will be wider and wider.

"Xiaofeng, you grew up by my side, and you are too old. You are a late bloomer. You must do something for the development of pediatrics of Chinese medicine. " Wang Lie is always nagging to urge the original Xiaofeng.

Remember Wang Lie's teaching. Yuan Xiaofeng, as the director of pediatrics in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is determined to make the pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine bigger and stronger.

Thanks to the unremitting efforts of Wang Lie and his team, the Children's Outpatient Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has developed from a clinical department to a 300-bed clinic, with its Chinese medicine characteristics enjoying a good reputation all over the country, and the average daily outpatient volume reached 1000.

"Wang's medical ethics are noble, and everything is considered from the patient's point of view. He never gives you a prescription, or even subsidizes money to buy food and tickets for patients. The doctors in our center are deeply influenced by Wang Lao and learn from Wang Lao's caring style. The prescription is based on the principle of being effective and cheap, and the average cost of patients is about one or two hundred. " Yuan Xiaofeng said.

According to reports, the team of children's diagnosis and treatment center takes the prevention and treatment of children's lung diseases as the main research direction, pays attention to highlighting the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and constructs the theory of three-stage division and treatment of asthma, the theory of childhood asthma at seedling stage, and the theory of asthma cough; According to the treatment principle of nourishing soil and producing gold, resolving phlegm and opening and closing, the asthma and cough of pneumonia with phlegm-dampness and lung-closing type were established. Three-stage treatment of henoch-schonlein purpura and appetizing for anorexia in children have been formed, and the clinical efficacy has been widely recognized.

Wang Lie and his successors, through writing books, holding academic conferences and training courses on continuing education of traditional Chinese medicine, "spread classics and send treasures" to pediatricians of traditional Chinese medicine all over the country, without reservation.

"Everyone is the director of pediatrics in various Chinese medicine hospitals. After strict screening, they came from all over the country just to learn some real skills. You can copy these prescriptions and recite them. When you go back, it will be effective and let patients see the real curative effect. " In a training class, Wang Lie taught the students every word of his commonly used prescription for treating TIC disorder in children.

In the exhortation of the book Pediatric Medical Records, Wang Lie wrote down the teacher's admonition: "Eat with Xinglin's true skills and let Materia Medica really speak." Today, he not only practices teacher training, but also teaches all his true skills to his disciples, colleagues in Chinese medicine and pediatrics, and even strangers.

"He is not afraid of his true skill being learned. On the contrary, he thinks that the more people study, the better. More people will experience the curative effect, more people will trust TCM pediatrics, and the development road of TCM pediatrics will be wider and wider. " Yuan Xiaofeng said.

"Now that I am old, I will still insist on smelling chickens and dancing, continue my teaching and clinical work, and contribute to the development of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine." Wang Lie said.
