As long as you accept the continuing education and training of the second-level constructor, you can get the certificate about 3 months after passing the exam.

About continuing education:

1. The continuing education majors of the second-level constructor are: construction engineering, highway engineering, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, mining engineering, electromechanical engineering and municipal public works.

2. The hours of continuing education for the second-level constructor are: 60 hours for face-to-face teaching and 60 hours for self-study. Students must complete 60 hours of face-to-face teaching before taking the continuing education exam.

3. Additional professional continuing education: self-study course for 30 hours, writing self-study course report.

4. After passing the continuing education, the certificate of continuing education for the second-level constructor uniformly printed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development will be issued.

5. Secondary construction engineers need to complete the required continuing education hours as follows:

A. Apply for initial registration within three years from the date of obtaining the qualification certificate of Grade II constructor. Failing to apply or apply for registration within the time limit, the required continuing education hours shall be completed before applying for registration;

B, registered secondary construction engineer, in the registration period, need to complete the required hours of continuing education, you can apply for renewal of registration;

C. A Class II constructor who has been deregistered or failed to apply for renewal of registration on time and whose deregistration period or unregistered period exceeds three years may apply for re-registration only after completing the required continuing education hours during the deregistration period or unregistered period;

D, the second-level constructor shall accept it within the validity period of each registration (3 years).
