1. Those who meet one of the following conditions can obtain the certificate of junior western pastry chef. After formal primary training in this occupation and reaching the required standard hours, I have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.
2, engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
3. The professional apprenticeship expires.
4. Western-style teachers' professional qualification certificates shall be uniformly printed by People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and shall be handled and issued by the labor and social security department or relevant departments of the State Council according to regulations. There is no exam fee, and you can't skip the exam.
The certificate of western pastry chef is a measure of a western pastry chef's skill level in the production of West Point. Western pastry chefs are generally divided into five grades, namely, primary (national vocational qualification level 5), intermediate (national vocational qualification level 4), advanced (national vocational qualification level 3), technician (national vocational qualification level 2) and senior technician (national vocational qualification 1 level). The higher the level, the stronger the West Point production skills, and many jobs also need professional qualification certificates.
Those who meet the following conditions can apply for Level 5/Junior Worker:
(1) Engaged in this occupation or related occupation 1 year or above (inclusive).
(2) The apprenticeship in this occupation or related occupation expires.
Those who meet the following conditions can apply for Level 4/Intermediate Workers:
(1) Obtained the Grade V/Junior Professional Qualification Certificate (skill level certificate) of this occupation or related occupations, and worked in this occupation or related occupations for more than 4 years (inclusive).
(2) Engaged in this occupation or related occupation for more than 6 years (inclusive).
(3) Obtain the graduation certificate of this major or related major in a technical school (fresh graduates who have not yet obtained the graduation certificate); Or obtain the graduation certificate of this major or related major in secondary vocational schools with evaluation and demonstration as the intermediate skill training goal (fresh graduates who have not yet obtained the graduation certificate).
