Introduction to Ningde Vocational and Technical College Ningde Vocational and Technical College is the only higher vocational college in eastern Fujian Province approved by the Fujian Provincial People's Government in 2005, put on record by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by the Ningde Municipal People's Government. The earliest predecessor schools of the school are Fuan Agricultural Vocational School founded by 1934 and Fuan Normal School founded by 1939, with a profound history of 84 years. From 65438 to 0935, the old headmaster Zhang Tianfu, a leading figure in the tea industry, personally wrote the school motto of "seeking truth from facts and practicing", which laid the foundation for the school's school-running philosophy and spirit. The school covers an area of more than 500 mu and has more than 5,200 students of all kinds. There are more than 300 faculty members, and full-time teachers account for 32%. There are 8 teaching units including biotechnology department, electromechanical engineering department, information technology and engineering department, financial management department, culture and media department, public foundation department, adult education department and ideological and political department. There are 27 full-time higher vocational majors and 2 1 adult education college. There are 2 national vocational education training bases, 1 Fujian regional public training base (Ningde vocational education public training base), 2 provincial vocational education productive training bases and 3 provincial professional training bases. There are also 13 1 off-campus training bases and 8 1 on-campus training bases. Fujian Zhongchuang Space, Fujian University Graduates' Entrepreneurship Training Base, Fujian University Graduates' Entrepreneurship Incubation Base and Ningde University Students' Pioneer Park have been established. And led the establishment of Ningde Vocational College Alliance and Ningde Electromechanical Vocational Education Group, and participated in the establishment of Fujian Preschool Vocational Education Group.
