During the novel coronavirus epidemic, all kinds of education and training institutions are not allowed to start classes.

Article 42 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases stipulates that:

(1) Restrict or stop fairs, theater performances or other crowd gathering activities;

(2) suspension of work, business and classes;

(three) closed or sealed drinking water sources, food and related items contaminated by infectious disease pathogens;

(4) controlling or culling wild animals, domestic animals and poultry infected with the epidemic;

(5) Close the places that may lead to the spread of infectious diseases.
