Article 2 The subordinate factories of COFCO Valley shall be implemented in accordance with these Detailed Rules.

Chapter II Personnel Qualification Management

Article 3 "Ten Measures" Article 1 Personnel qualifications include all employees in the factory:

Chapter III Operation Management

Article 4 The management of hazardous operations shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for the Safety Management of Hazardous Operations of the Group and COFCO:

(1) Examination and approval must be conducted before dangerous operations;

(2) The operation safety analysis must be carried out before the dangerous operation;

(3) Before dangerous operation, it is necessary to confirm that safety measures are in place at the scene;

(four) during the dangerous operation, the monitoring and operation must be carried out in strict accordance with the contents of the operation approval;

(five) after the dangerous operation, the work permit must be signed, closed and filed.

Article 5 "Ten Measures" Article 3 Multi-person operation refers to strengthening on-site safety management measures according to the impact of production safety accidents:

Chapter V Emergency Management
