If the laborer provides labor normally according to the arrangement of the unit, it is illegal for the seven-day probation period to be unpaid. Workers can negotiate with the unit and ask them to pay in time; Or ask for wages by applying for mediation or arbitration. Legal basis: Article 50 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Wages should be paid to the workers themselves on a monthly basis in the form of money.

Article 77

Article 7 of the Interim Provisions on Wage Payment
