Wages should be paid to the workers themselves on a monthly basis in the form of money.
The wages of workers shall not be deducted or delayed without reason.
Article 77
In the event of a labor dispute between an employer and an employee, the parties may apply for mediation, arbitration or bring a lawsuit according to law, or settle it through consultation.
Article 7 of the Interim Provisions on Wage Payment
Wages must be paid on the date agreed by employers and employees. In case of holidays or rest days, payment should be made in advance on the nearest working day.
Wages are paid at least once a month. If the weekly, daily and hourly wage system is implemented, wages can be paid by the week, day and hour.
Article 8
For workers who have completed one-time temporary labor or specific work, the employer shall pay wages after completing the labor tasks in accordance with relevant agreements or contracts.
Article 9
If both parties to the labor relationship dissolve or terminate the labor contract according to law, the employing unit shall pay the employee's salary in one lump sum when dissolving or terminating the labor contract.
