Party activists should receive training every year. Party activists are trained once every quarter and once every six months. Intensive training lasting at least three days and 24 hours. After obtaining the training certificate, the branch can hold a general party membership meeting to vote for party member after listening to the opinions of the masses and party groups in party member.
