Federation of the disabled. In order to promote vocational training for the disabled, the Disabled Persons' Federation initiated a simple vocational training process for the disabled:

1. First of all, the District Disabled Persons' Federation made a training plan and issued it.

2. Secondly, the applicant fills in the registration form of disabled persons' training in the town disabled persons' Federation and reports the materials. District Disabled Persons' Federation is reviewing the submitted materials and establishing training files.

3. Those who finally fail to meet the requirements shall be returned and the reasons shall be explained. Those who meet the requirements shall be arranged by the District Disabled Persons' Federation according to the training program applied, and the disabled person shall be informed.
