In order to further strengthen college students' mental health education and promote their all-round healthy growth, in recent years, our school has actively explored ways and methods to strengthen college students' mental health education based on its own characteristics and reality, established the guiding principle of combining effectiveness with pertinence, established a mental health education system combining full-time and part-time psychological teachers with students, carried out various psychological special activities, and achieved a double harvest in teaching, scientific research and serving the society, creating a new situation in our school's mental health education.

1. Construct a mental health education system combining full-time and part-time teachers and students.

At present, college students are under great pressure from all sides, and psychological problems are becoming more and more common. There are also many students who ask the school to provide psychological counseling and guidance. Therefore, the Party Committee of our school attaches great importance to the mental health education of college students and brings it into the long-term planning of the school. In order to solve this problem, the school has established a "three-level mental health education network system of schools, teaching institutes and classes". A leading group headed by Yang Gaocai, vice president in charge of student affairs, Wang Shuanxi, director of student affairs office, and Li Fensheng, director of hospital psychology department, was set up to carry out mental health education through the school psychological center, counselors and psychological committee members of the Institute of Education. The school psychological center has made a careful and systematic study and training plan, and opened 8 special reports for part-time psychological counseling teachers and college students' psychological cadres, with nearly 100 teachers and students participating.

Our school fully combines two teams of full-time and part-time teachers and students, so that the full-time and part-time teachers and students can actively serve their classmates through the group psychological consultation of "psychological care into the classroom", radiate the whole school through group consultation and individual consultation, strengthen students' mental health education and prevention, and truly implement mental health education in every corner of the school.

2. Establish guidelines that combine effectiveness and pertinence.

In order to enhance the effectiveness of mental health education, our school has infiltrated mental health education into subject teaching according to the growth characteristics of students. Besides offering compulsory courses such as Psychology, Pedagogy and Moral Cultivation, public elective courses such as College Students' Mental Health Education and Group Training, College Students' Daily Life and Psychological Adjustment, Life Psychology and Interpersonal Psychology are also offered for the whole school. Through teaching methods such as teaching, discussion and case analysis, the mental health knowledge and psychological quality training are closely combined to realize the mental health education of all students.

In order to strengthen the pertinence of mental health education, our school conducts a mental health survey for all freshmen every year, conducts spot checks on other students at school, and establishes college students' mental health files according to the survey results. For students who need attention, we actively and purposefully solve their psychological problems and help them correct their psychological contradictions and obstacles. At the same time, through the three-level network to inform each other of the situation and regular investigation, * * * to do a good job of security.
