The certificate of surveyor belongs to one of the certificates of eight members of the building. The conditions for applying for the exam are relatively simple, and the model of education plus work experience is adopted. Both need to be met at the same time. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. College degree or above in civil engineering or related major, with at least 1 year relevant working experience in this position;

2. Have a secondary vocational education degree in civil engineering, and have more than 2 years of work experience related to this position;

3. Have a secondary vocational education degree in civil engineering related majors and have more than 3 years of work experience related to this position;

4. Have a non-civil servant secondary vocational education or above, and have more than 3 years of work experience related to this position.
