1. Due to the need of work, the short-term training and study (within one month) arranged by the hospital will be handled as a whole, and the hospital will reduce or exempt the work tasks for outpatient service.

2. Professional and technical personnel who apply for studying abroad can apply for studying abroad after working in the hospital for one year (the application content, study time, place, subjects studied and study invitation are attached). After the approval of the dean, the college office can issue relevant admission certificates, and the tuition fees will be self-care.

3, because of work needs by the hospital to the outer court for further study, the general time is not more than half a year, according to the number of people deducted from the financial allocation of funds, and paid by the hospital tuition, according to attendance management.

4. Trainees shall abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, and shall not arbitrarily change the study subjects, drop out of school or extend the study time.

The hospital encourages employees to participate in all kinds of adult education and training related to work in their spare time.
