3. Footings and wall columns should be laid, with the buried depth of footings not less than 50cm and the spacing between wall columns not more than 3m. The connection between wall columns and walls should be firm, safe and reliable.

4. The exterior wall should be polished and beautified, and the characteristic modeling and green exterior wall should be encouraged in construction projects.

5. Where commercial advertisements and public service advertisements are set on the wall, they shall abide by the Advertising Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Measures for the Administration of Outdoor Advertisements and Signboards in Guangzhou.

(2) coaming.

1. The municipal works, water works and demolition works whose construction period is less than half a year and more than 15 days shall be enclosed by coaming.

2. Light steel frame aluminum gusset plate (pressed plate) or assembled double-sided color steel sandwich plate (board room plate) shall be adopted, with the height of1.8m. The coaming shall be supported by angle steel, which shall be consolidated with the ground through C-shaped steel columns, and the spacing between steel columns shall not be greater than 3.3m. ..

4. The connection of pillars, supports and arc-shaped colored profiled steel plates must be firm, safe and reliable, and the coaming should be of the same color.

5. The enclosure near the motor vehicle lane should be provided with finished cast iron or steel crash barriers, and reflective warning signs should be set according to relevant traffic regulations at night.

Municipal engineering and water engineering with a construction period of less than 15 days should be fenced with standard close-fitting steel fences (iron horses).

Second, the site in and out of the gate

(a) the site gate and post should be solid and beautiful, height should not be less than 2 meters, width should not be less than 5 meters.

(2) The materials used for the gate shall be suitable for the fence and enclosure, and the gate shall have the enterprise logo.

Third, on-site management

(a) the construction site should take the following hard bottom measures.

1. Concrete with thickness not less than 20 cm and strength not less than C 15 shall be poured on the internal and external passages of the construction site, the indoor ground of temporary facilities, the material yard, the steel bar processing yard and the warehouse ground for hard bottom.

2. Greening measures shall be taken for the land exposed for more than 3 months on the construction site; If the bare land is less than 3 months, dust suppression measures such as covering, compacting and sprinkling should be taken.

(2) Temporary facilities (offices, dormitories, kitchens, toilets, temporary water and electricity facilities, warehouses) set up on the construction site shall be unified with prefabricated prefabricated mobile homes or brick houses.

The integral prefabricated trailer used on site shall have the product certificate. Brick overlay uses brick walls and zinc-iron tiles in a unified way, the walls are painted inside and outside, and the roof is strengthened against typhoon.

(three) the construction site should have a circulating trunk road, and keep it open, and no components and materials should be piled up. The road should be flat and solid, without large area of water. The width of the motor vehicle lane should not be less than 3.5 meters, and a drainage ditch should be set on the outside.

(4) Rectangular car-washing station and sedimentation tank should be set at the entrance and exit of vehicles on the construction site, with grooves 30cm wide and 40cm deep around them, equipped with high-pressure flushing water guns, and motor vehicles leaving the construction site should be washed clean before they can be driven out. For municipal and pipeline projects without car washing facilities, the construction unit should use mobile washing equipment to wash the vehicles on site and arrange workers to clean them.

(five) set up a drainage pipe (pipe) network to ensure smooth drainage. The waste water and mud generated from the project construction shall flow into the on-site water collection tank through long water tanks or pipelines for unified precipitation treatment, and shall not be discharged and polluted outside the construction area at will.

(six) the safety net is smooth, closely connected, neat and beautiful, and shall not be missed or dropped. The facade fence used in the demolition project should be dustproof and the color should be in harmony with the surrounding environment.

(7) On-site closed management.

1. There should be full-time guard personnel and guard management system at the entrance and exit to effectively play the role of guard.

2. Personnel entering the construction site should wear work cards such as "Construction Safety Card", and the work cards should be neatly worn.

(eight) no office space, dormitory and other facilities shall be set up within the approved scope of municipal road construction.

Fourth, living facilities.

(1) The living area shall be equipped with the following facilities: tea room, washbasin and shower room, flush toilet or mobile toilet, closed garbage container, etc. During the construction in summer, tea kiosks, tea buckets and other heatstroke prevention and cooling facilities should be provided.

(2) the kitchen.

1. If a collective kitchen is set up on the construction site, it shall be far away from buildings, workplaces, sewage ditches and other pollution sources. The kitchen requires ventilation and sanitation, and it should be kept clean frequently. Raw and cooked rooms should be separated. The interior wall should be paved with 2-meter-high white porcelain tiles, and the rest should be leveled and whitened. The kitchen stove, workbench and other facilities and the windowsill inside and outside the rice selling window should also be covered with white porcelain tiles. Windows and doors should be provided with screen windows, and the ground should be well drained.

2. The canteen building and canteen hygiene must meet the relevant hygiene requirements. For example, the chef must have a medical certificate issued by the health and epidemic prevention department, and raw and cooked food should be stored separately. The kitchen staff in the canteen should wear white work clothes, and the canteen should be inspected regularly.

3. The canteen should be hung in an obvious place, and the health responsibility system should be implemented to people.

(3) dormitory.

1. It shall be moisture-proof, ventilated and lighted, and the per capita bed area shall be no less than 1.7 square meters, and shall be properly separated.

2. Every 25 people should be provided with a direct entrance and exit, and the width of the main passage should not be less than1.2m. ..

4. Male and female dormitories and bathrooms should be able to meet the needs of the construction peak.

5. The internal facilities of workers' dormitory should be neat and clean, and daily necessities should be stored in a unified way.

6. The dormitory should have a management system, and those responsible for public security, fire prevention and health management should be implemented.

(4) the toilet.

1. Hand-washing pools, automatic toilet flushing equipment and septic tanks should be set up, and it is forbidden to directly discharge feces into sewers and rivers.

2. The inner dado should be paved with white porcelain tiles with a height of1.5m. The bottom and side of the toilet should be paved with white porcelain tiles, and the ground and squatting platform should be leveled with cement slurry.

3. The toilet should be cleaned by a special person, sprayed regularly, without peculiar smell, and kept clean and hygienic.

Five, the construction site signs

(a) the entrance to the construction site should be neat and have obvious "five cards and one map":

Engineering overview card; List of managers and supervision calling cards; Fire card; Safety production card; Civilized construction cards and the general plan of the construction site.

Six, noise pollution control

(a) in the urban administrative street and urban noise control within the scope of construction, decoration, municipal engineering, demolition construction site, the use of various drilling machines, drilling machines, mixers, bulldozers, excavators, winches, oscillators, chainsaws, planers, chainsaws, pneumatic motors and other construction machinery caused environmental noise pollution, in addition to emergency repair and rescue projects, the operation time is limited to 6 o'clock to 22 o'clock.

(2) Concrete pumps, large air compressors, diesel generators and other noise-prone operating equipment should be set as far away from residential areas on the construction site as possible, and work in temporary rooms and temporary sheds with sound insulation functions. A enclosure with noise reduction function shall be set up at the construction site within 5 meters from buildings such as houses, hospitals and schools.

Seven, dust pollution control

(a) storage equipment such as bulk cement and mortar tanks (warehouses) are placed on the construction site, and the equipment owner is responsible for submitting the registration form to the bulk cement management institution.

(2) Earthwork on the construction site shall be piled up in a centralized way, covered or solidified with 100%.

(three) the demolition project must take sprinkler dust measures. When the weather forecast wind speed reaches level 5, the demolition project construction should be stopped. The muck shall be removed within 3 days from the end of the demolition construction, and the relevant provisions on the management of the demolition project shall be observed.

Eight, medical first aid

(a) the construction site of more than 500 people should set up a medical room, and other construction sites must set up an effective medical first aid kit.

(two) the construction site should be trained and qualified first aid personnel, know the common sense of first aid.

(3) In order to ensure the health of workers, publicity and education on health and disease prevention should be carried out frequently in popular seasons and peacetime.

Nine, construction waste and domestic waste treatment

(a) the construction site set up a closed garbage station, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the municipal administrative department of urban management on garbage classification management, the implementation of garbage classification storage.

(two) domestic waste should be cleaned up in time, transported in containers, and managed by designated personnel.

(three) toxic and harmful substances shall not be burned on the spot, and the disposal of toxic and harmful substances shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

Ten, temporary construction projects, farmers built low-rise residential and other small projects with a total investment of less than 300 thousand yuan or a construction area of less than 300 square meters of civilized construction standards.
