Main human resources policies:
(1) Preliminary treatment. Initial treatment for undergraduates 1.500 yuan/month, initial treatment for postgraduates and double degrees 1.700 yuan/month. According to the salary survey, the average total income of undergraduates during the internship period reached 2200 yuan/month, and that of postgraduates reached 2500 yuan/month. Postgraduates (double bachelor's degrees) and undergraduates of Yanshan Petrochemical Company, who are employed by "2 1 1 Project" State Key University, can be given an increase of 200 yuan/month and 100 yuan/month respectively on the basis of the initial treatment with the approval of the company.
(2) Since 2002, the graduates who have worked in Yanshan Petrochemical Company have been given a one-time living allowance. The standard is undergraduate 1.000 yuan/person, dual graduate 1.500 yuan/person, 3,000 yuan/person for master students and 5,000 yuan/person for doctoral students.
(3) Introduce doctoral students, implement agreed salary and solve the housing problem. Up to now, five doctors who have been introduced to Yanshan Petrochemical Research Institute have received the agreed salary. Every time a doctoral student is introduced, the company helps to solve a set of two-bedroom housing (rent) to facilitate the life and work of doctoral students.
(4) The company continuously strengthens the development of talent training, makes full use of training bases such as education and training centers and simulation training centers, and insists on offering two full-time intensive English classes, various professional seminars, information system training classes, simulation training classes and outreach training every year. Adhere to cooperation with domestic universities and offer three postgraduate courses every three years, focusing on refining and chemical industry, electromechanical instruments and management respectively.
(5) Strengthen the training mechanism, carry out the examination of managerial personnel with certificates, and the skill operators will compete for posts based on the skill appraisal level. In 2005, we began to cooperate with Tsinghua University to implement the continuing education plan for professional and technical personnel, combining it with the competition of professional and technical personnel.
(6) In the mechanism of employing people, we should break seniority, take care of them in a balanced way, compete for posts by all staff, strictly assess the duration of employment, and implement dynamic management of posts, so as to make the best use of people.
(7) In order to lay a solid foundation for new employees' production practice, the company has formulated the Measures for the Management of University Graduates Working in Front-line Posts, which requires that newly introduced graduates should generally have three years or more working experience in front-line posts before they can compete for management and professional and technical posts. Graduates can participate in vocational skill appraisal and vocational skill competition activities, or participate in professional and technical qualification examination (examination) during their front-line work, and obtain corresponding vocational skill levels and professional and technical qualifications. Yanshan Petrochemical advocates a healthy lifestyle and attaches importance to the cultural and sports life of employees. The venues and facilities for employees' cultural and sports activities include cultural palace, swimming pool, training hall, badminton hall, staff activity station, and a number of sports venues such as plastic track and field, roller skating rink, tennis court, basketball court and croquet field distributed in sports activity center and living area. By insisting that sports venues are open to employees all the year round, the company regularly organizes activities to attract employees to participate, and constantly creates conditions to meet employees' different hobbies.
As the first enterprise-level cable TV station in China and the first cable TV station with a certain scale in China, Yanhua TV Station, established in 198 1, has been recorded in the history of cable TV development in China. At present, it has developed into a TV station with 30,000 TV terminals, sound organization, complete equipment, strong technical force and more self-run programs, which is more influential in the domestic cable TV system. Yanshan Petrochemical News, with a circulation of 1 10,000 copies per issue, was born at the beginning of the factory. After several developments, it is now a periodical published twice a week. More than 3,000 copies of Yanshan Corporate Culture are published in each issue, which is not only exchanged with nearly 100 domestic magazines, but also sent to the National Library to show the unique corporate culture of Yanhua. News media such as Yanhua TV Station, Yanshan Petrochemical News and Yanshan Enterprise Culture have formed a news propaganda network in Yanshan area, which has become a public opinion position to record the history of enterprises and regions and promote the construction of "three civilizations" in Yanhua and Yanshan area.
Mass cultural and sports activities are rich and colorful. The company has established nearly 30 literary and sports associations and more than 400 interest groups, and trained a group of accomplished calligraphers, photographers, writers and painters.
The staff living quarters of Yanshan Petrochemical Company are mainly distributed in Yanhua Xingcheng Community and Yanshan living quarters such as Yingfeng, Xiangyang and Dongfeng. The basic facilities such as entertainment, fitness, medical care and schools in each living area are relatively complete and the transportation is convenient. It takes about 50 minutes by bus from Yanshan to downtown Beijing.
College students' single apartment is located in Beizhuang, Yanshan, adjacent to Yanshan district government organs, with convenient life and direct bus lines to major production plants. The apartment center of Yanshan Petrochemical Property Branch is responsible for managing single apartments and providing one-stop service during the registration of new employees.
