After the laid-off workers in Guangzhou participate in re-employment training and obtain corresponding certificates, the training institutions and skill appraisal institutions will apply to the local employment office with their achievements (the municipal training institutions will apply to the municipal employment office) and submit the following materials: ① the application form for vocational training subsidies for employment service personnel (outside the period); (2) Approval Form for Applying for Unemployment Insurance Fund Two Fees (Vocational Training) (Period); (3) Apply for the list of service subsidies for vocational trainers; (4) class registration form; (5) labor manual or unit certificate (provided by on-the-job personnel); 6. The original and photocopy of unemployment certificate, resettlement certificate for dependents and residence booklet (provided by rural labor force) (returned after inspection of the original).
