Is Ceng Shiqiang right?
Professor Ceng Shiqiang is an honorary doctor of management philosophy from Oxford University, a doctor of management philosophy from Leicester University, a master of administration from Truman University, and a bachelor of education from Taiwan Province Normal University. He is currently the president of Taiwan Province Wisdom University, a professor at Taiwan Jiaotong University and the dean of Xingguo School of Management in Taiwan Province Province, and is known as "the first person in management in China". Anyone who studies management, no matter what kind of mentality and ideas, will probably read Professor Zeng's works.

I am a management major. I haven't read Ceng Shiqiang's management books, but I have read his lectures on the Book of Changes. As I said before, my enlightenment to Zhouyi began in Ceng Shiqiang. The first time I really read the Book of Changes, I was at a loss. I can't even tell the structure of this book, so my friend recommended me to go to Ceng Shiqiang's lecture, saying it was not bad, which I can understand. Professor Ceng Shiqiang's lecture on Zhouyi is easy to understand and almost everyone can understand it.

Professor Ceng Shiqiang's lecture on the Book of Changes has about 60 episodes, which I can't remember clearly. I thought I could learn a lot when I watched the previous episodes, because the Book of Changes was really new to me at that time. Many things that Professor Zeng said were very attractive to a new contact, especially the sense of accomplishment that "I used to know the Book of Changes" made people want to stop. At this stage, I absorbed these new ideas and knowledge crazily.

After watching more than twenty episodes, I began to feel bored. I think what Professor Zeng said is really the same. The reason is too simple, especially when sensitive issues may be touched. It is "positive energy" and makes people feel deliberate. At that time, I was thinking, this professor, for some things, has been too deliberate and obvious praise and criticism. Indeed, all knowledge and culture should be subordinated to the current social situation, as this professor Ceng Shiqiang did. This is the second stage of my emotion.

I only watched more than 30 episodes of this lecture on the Book of Changes, and the progress was half, because I really couldn't stand it. I haven't seen any of Professor Zeng's works since then. For a time, I was disgusted with this "not deep" and "too flattering" old professor.

Since Mr. Yu Dan, the situation has changed. Once I saw some comments about Yu Dan on the Internet, saying that the teacher didn't really understand Confucianism and had no real level. Because I haven't seen Yu Dan's lectures and works, I don't understand them very well, but I accepted this question when I saw them. I think Yu Dan and Ceng Shiqiang are very similar. They are both people who pursue fame and fortune.

Until later, a friend once told me that he was listening to a lecture, and the teacher was too profound to understand at all. At that moment, I suddenly thought of two teachers, Ceng Shiqiang and Yu Dan. We don't know how much effort, energy and time these two teachers have invested in their majors, but they have certainly paid more than ordinary people. That is, ordinary people will have different views and concepts from others after reading a book several times. Why are these so-called masters and experts worse than ordinary people? Is there some misunderstanding? !

There is really some misunderstanding! Just ask, these teachers are too profound, can you still understand? To put it bluntly, these works and videos seen by the public and accepted and understood by most people are just popularizing knowledge, just like "literacy". It's not that the master is not good enough, but that we are not good enough. It's silly to talk too high.

Therefore, we can't simply summarize the level of Ceng Shiqiang from some popular books and materials. A person who concentrates on his studies believes that his level and knowledge will not be too bad.
