There is an adult education center in Chenqiao Town (south of the fire brigade). You should go there and ask around. There should be relevant vocational retraining. There is also Chengdong Vocational School. On Tuancheng Highway (the address can't be said, just north of Jin 'ao Mountain), but only students are recruited. I wonder if there are any training courses for on-the-job personnel.
