Introduction course of colored lead hand painting
The introduction of colored lead hand painting should start with simple painting. Today, we will teach you to draw a pumpkin. The painting method is to draw a pumpkin in the middle, then one by one to the left, then the right half, and then the pumpkin handle. When painting, you should first draw light yellow on the smooth surface, gradually draw orange, orange and brown from shallow to deep, and deepen the painting at the edge of pumpkin petals and the bottom of pumpkin. Then paint the pumpkin handle with dark brown, and finally paint some black shadows on the bottom of the pumpkin. After painting this pumpkin, you will master the basic painting method.

Prepare pencils, paper and colored pens for use.

Start with the pumpkin in the middle and draw an ellipse.

Draw another partially closed ellipse to the left.

Draw an ellipse with round sides, and the adjacent sides are also blocked.

Draw two small arcs at the back to represent the two pumpkins at the back.

Draw the right half of the pumpkin in the same way on the right.

Draw a pumpkin handle on it, bend it a little, and the top is a little sharp.

Start coloring. First, paint the light-receiving surface with light yellow, and paint the light-receiving part of each pumpkin vertically, line by line, with curved lines.

Paint orange next to pale yellow to indicate that the light is dim.

Paint orange near the boundary of each pumpkin petal.

On each boundary line, paint it brown and red. Where the top and bottom of the pumpkin meet, the coating also deepens.

Paint the pumpkin handle dark brown, and the edges and midline of the pumpkin handle should be deepened to show the ribs of the pumpkin handle.

Draw some shadows under the pumpkin in black.

After painting the pumpkin, before painting other objects, you should first look at where the light source comes from. The light-receiving part should be painted in light color, and the backlight and shadow part should be painted in dark color, so that you can master the basic drawing method of colored lead.
