Vocational skills training schools are allowed to carry out vocational skills training for some occupations, new occupations or junior high school senior workers or above in the national unified examination on the basis of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education in People's Republic of China (PRC), the Law on Administrative Licensing, the Regulations on the Implementation of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education and relevant documents of various provinces and cities, and recommended by the county-level Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
