The so-called orientation training refers to the skills training conducted by the employing unit or its entrusted training institution for the personnel to be recruited by the unit. Personnel who have passed the training and examination shall, in principle, all be employed by the employer.
Order-based training means that the employer needs a small number of people and the positions are scattered. It can put forward employment requirements to the labor and social security department, and the labor and social security department will entrust training institutions to organize training in a planned way according to the employment needs of the employer. After the training, the employer will arrange qualified students to find jobs.
Directional training and order training are aimed at people with employment intention and working age, including urban unemployed, college graduates, landless farmers and rural surplus labor force.
