Hotels and restaurants belonging to key units of fire safety shall appoint a fire safety professional as a fire safety administrator, who shall be responsible for organizing the implementation of daily fire safety management, and mainly perform duties such as formulating and implementing fire safety systems, organizing fire patrols and inspections, rectification of fire hazards, fire safety publicity, education and training, fire fighting and emergency evacuation drills.

Article 3 The buildings, fire-fighting equipment, entrances and exits, passages, etc. that operate hotels. Must comply with the relevant provisions of the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Fire Protection Law", and must have the necessary anti-theft safety facilities.
Article 11 Passengers are prohibited from bringing inflammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive and radioactive dangerous goods into the hotel.
