Due to insufficient heat exchange, the temperature of refrigerant in the heat exchange coil will decrease relative to the original temperature, that is, the evaporation temperature will decrease and the refrigeration coefficient of the system will decrease. The outlet temperature of the evaporator detected by the thermal expansion valve also decreases, which leads to the decrease of the opening of the thermal expansion valve and the corresponding decrease of refrigerant, so the suction and discharge pressures are reduced. The overall effect of reducing refrigerant flow and refrigeration coefficient is to reduce the refrigeration capacity of the system.

2. The inlet temperature of cooling water is too low.

With the decrease of cooling water temperature, the compressor exhaust pressure, exhaust temperature and filter outlet temperature all decrease. However, the temperature of the air-conditioned room remains unchanged, because the cooling water temperature has not dropped to such an extent that it will affect the refrigeration effect. If the cooling water temperature drops to a certain extent, the condensation pressure will also decrease, resulting in a decrease in the pressure difference between the two sides of the thermal expansion valve, a decrease in the circulation capacity of the thermal expansion valve and a decrease in refrigerant, so the refrigeration effect will be reduced.

3. The inlet temperature of cooling water is too high.

If the inlet temperature of cooling water is too high, the refrigerant will be supercooled, the condensation temperature will be too high and the condensation pressure will be too high. The pressure ratio of the compressor will increase, the shaft power will increase and the gas transmission coefficient will decrease, thus reducing the refrigeration capacity of the system. Therefore, the overall cooling effect will be reduced and the temperature of the air-conditioned room will rise.

4. The circulating water pump does not rotate.

When the refrigeration unit is commissioned, the circulating water pump of the system should be turned on first. When the circulating water pump is not running, the outlet temperature of cooling water and the outlet temperature of condenser refrigerant rise most obviously. Due to the sharp decline of the refrigeration effect of the condenser, the suction temperature and exhaust temperature of the compressor also rise rapidly, and the rise of condensation temperature also makes the evaporation temperature rise, but the increase of evaporation temperature is not as large as that of condensation temperature, so the refrigeration efficiency decreases and the temperature of air-conditioned room rises rapidly.

5. The filter blocks the image

A clogged filter is a dirty system. Under normal circumstances, dirt often appears on the filter. This is because the screen of the filter blocks the cross section of the channel and filters out dirt, metal chips and other impurities. The result of filter blockage is that the refrigerant circulation is reduced, similar to that the expansion valve is too small. For example, the temperature of compressor suction and exhaust increases, the pressure of compressor suction and exhaust decreases, and the temperature of air-conditioned room increases. The difference is that the outlet temperature of the filter is getting lower and lower. This is because throttling is started at the filter, which leads to the local temperature reduction of the system, and when the situation is serious, local frosting or icing will occur.

6. The air-conditioned room is full of pictures.

Due to the effects of indoor internal disturbance and external disturbance and various factors, the temperature of air-conditioned room will rise when it is overloaded, and finally it can't reach the temperature index that normal air-conditioned room should maintain. At the same time, the two most affected parameters are compressor suction temperature and exhaust temperature.

7. The cooling water flow is too small.

Because of the relationship between the cooling water pipe and the cooling water valve, the configuration of the cooling tower in the system is too small or there is too much scale in the cooling tower, the cooling water flow rate is too small and the cooling water inlet temperature is too high, which are also common faults.

When the cooling water flow rate is too small, the heat exchange effect of the condenser decreases, so the outlet refrigerant temperature of the condenser increases, the condensation temperature of the refrigerant increases, and the refrigeration coefficient decreases, which affects the refrigeration effect.

When other conditions remain unchanged, the temperature of the air-conditioned room will also rise to a certain extent, and the suction temperature of the compressor will also rise. But the most obvious change is that the temperature difference at the cooling water outlet will become larger and larger.

When the expansion valve is too small, the refrigerant charge of the refrigeration system is normal. When the expansion valve is too small, the whole system lacks circulating refrigerant. Under the same other working conditions, the liquid state-making agent can not fully absorb heat when vaporizing at low pressure, so the return air superheat is very high, and the intake and exhaust temperature and air conditioning room temperature rise again, and the intake and exhaust pressure will drop.

The temperature of the refrigerant at the outlet of the condenser will decrease (that is, the refrigeration capacity of the system will increase), because the heat exchange capacity of the condenser has not changed, but the refrigerant flow circulating in the whole system is very small, although the refrigeration coefficient is improved at this time, and the unit refrigeration capacity is improved. However, the total cooling capacity decreases, so the temperature of the air-conditioned room will increase.

There is a small opening on the expansion valve (where the yellow arrow is located). Adjusting the opening of the expansion valve means adjusting the size of the small opening. The bigger the opening, the bigger the caliber, and the more liquid there will be.

Too little refrigerant is usually caused by two reasons: first, the product is not filled before leaving the factory, and it is generally small; Second, the unit runs all the year round, and too little refrigerant is caused by the leakage of the valve or the welding part of the system, which is a common fault.
