Sichuan Red Cross Society is a provincial branch of China Red Cross Society, and it is a social relief group engaged in humanitarian work. The Law of the Red Cross Society of the People's Republic of China entrusts the Red Cross Society with the responsibility of "popularizing health care and disease prevention knowledge, carrying out primary health care training, and organizing the masses to participate in on-site rescue". The so-called emergency rescue refers to the first-time self-help and mutual rescue of the acute, dangerous and seriously injured in any place before entering the hospital. It is the need of social civilization and improving the quality of citizens to carry out emergency rescue knowledge training and enhance the people's ability of self-help and mutual rescue. Training content: based on the on-site, primary and easy-to-master rescue knowledge and skills. It mainly includes four basic techniques: on-site cardiopulmonary resuscitation, hemostasis, dressing, fixation and handling, disaster protection and emergency rescue. In order to better popularize the knowledge of medical care and disease prevention and standardize the rescue training in the whole province, the Red Cross Emergency Rescue Training Center plans to recruit training teachers.
