Changsha Aviation Vocational and Technical College, which belongs to the Air Force Equipment Department, is the only national education college of the whole army. It mainly undertakes the task of training directional noncommissioned officers for the army, and training high-quality technical and skilled personnel for military aviation equipment repair and local aviation industry.
