Wenzhou Special Equipment Testing Center is a public welfare administrative institution approved by the Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and merged by Wenzhou Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspection Institute (established in 1982) and Wenzhou Special Equipment Safety Monitoring Station (established in 1988), which belongs to Wenzhou Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. The center is specifically responsible for the inspection and testing of boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipes, elevators, lifting machinery, motor vehicles and other special equipment related to the safety and danger of life and property in Wenzhou market (factory), and also carries out counseling and assessment of special equipment operators, nondestructive testing, metal mechanics tests and other businesses.
The special inspection center consists of office, business development department, technical training department, elevator inspection office, boiler inspection office, container inspection office, pipeline inspection office, crane inspection office, nondestructive inspection office and motor vehicle inspection office (factory).
Wenzhou Special Equipment Testing and Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Special Inspection Institute) is located in Wenzhou, the cradle of mathematicians in China, the pioneer area of private economy development in China and the frontier of reform and opening up. There are human resources department, office, chief engineer's office, supervision room, inspection department, electromechanical equipment inspection (elevator), electromechanical equipment inspection (crane), pressure equipment inspection (boiler), pressure equipment inspection (pressure vessel), pressure equipment inspection (pressure pipeline) and energy-saving inspection institute. 1 1. There are 228 employees in our hospital, including professional technicians 170 who need special equipment inspection, and more than 400 inspection qualification certificates. Among them, there are senior technical titles 10, 69 intermediate technical titles, 36 graduate students and 44 undergraduates/kloc-0.
