In order to improve students' comprehensive ability after graduation, in addition to studying specialized courses, senior experts will give them full guidance and training according to their psychological and behavioral characteristics. The College has established more than 100 employment practice bases in industrial parks in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu and other places, signed strategic cooperation agreements with China International Employment Association, signed entrusted training agreements with more than 100 well-known enterprise groups, and was entrusted by the unit to train talents for them. When freshmen enter school, they sign an employment placement agreement. After the placement of students after graduation, the College Employment Office pays regular visits and follows up the service for 3 years. Adhere to the "five don't send" in the placement of graduates: (1) enterprises with low treatment will not send; (2) Enterprises with no development prospects will not be sent; (3) low-tech enterprises do not send; (4) Enterprises with poor working environment will not be sent; (5) Enterprises with irregular management shall not be dispatched.
