Temporary electricity safety
In order to standardize the installation and use of temporary power lines and equipment on site, standardize the training, operation and monitoring of relevant personnel, and avoid accidents such as personal electric shock, temporary power consumption measures must be taken. The following is my safety knowledge about temporary electricity use for your reference.

Safety measures and management requirements for temporary electricity use

(1) The installation, maintenance or dismantling of temporary electricity utilization projects must be completed by electricians, and the level of electricians should be adapted to the difficulty and technical complexity of the projects.

(2) The organization design of temporary electricity utilization construction must be compiled separately, and it must be compiled by electrical engineers and technicians, and implemented after being reviewed by technicians and approved by the competent department.

(3) All kinds of electricians should master the basic knowledge of safe electricity use and the performance of the equipment used. Before using the equipment, you must wear and equip corresponding labor protection articles according to regulations, set up guardians, and check whether the electrical devices and protective facilities are in good condition. It is forbidden to run the equipment in spite of illness. Deactivated equipment must be closed, switch box must be locked, and electrical equipment must be removed or moved. It must be cut off and properly handled by an electrician.

(4) Distribution lines must be equipped with protective zero line and PE line according to the requirements of TN-S system. The PE line starts from the transformer, and there are not less than three working grounding and repeated earthing points at each location. The PE line protection is connected to the metal shell of the electrical equipment.

(5) The main distribution box, distribution box and switch box must be pressed? Three-level distribution and two-level protection? Need comprehensive change management.

(6) Regularly check and improve dynamic change management such as power line change, tool box shift and fuse replacement.

(7) Safety technical files shall be established and managed by the person in charge of on-site electrical technology, among which electrician maintenance records can be designated as electrician escrow, which shall be filed uniformly after the temporary electricity utilization project is dismantled.

Safety points of temporary electricity use

1, the installation of temporary electrical devices must go through the examination and approval procedures and be submitted to the competent department for approval.

2, wires and the ground, buildings and high voltage lines should keep a safe distance (such as workshop line shall not be less than 2.5 meters; When crossing the road, the low-voltage overhead wires on the construction site shall not be less than 6m).

3. It is forbidden to tie the overhead line, nor can it be placed on objects with sharp metal fractures. Insulators should be used to fix them to prevent the insulation of the outer skin from being damaged.

4. Motors, electrical switches and other equipment should be installed firmly in the open air, and rainproof and lightning protection measures should be taken.

Safety management measures for temporary electricity consumption

(1) Bare wires are generally not erected on the wiring construction site. If the line is a bare conductor, measures should be taken according to the construction situation, and the horizontal distance between the overhead line and the building should generally not be less than10m; The vertical distance from the ground shall not be less than 6 meters; When crossing a building, the vertical distance from its top shall not be less than 2.5 meters.

(2) All kinds of insulated wires should be laid overhead. Where overhead lines are unconditionally made, armored cables should be used. Protective measures should be taken for the fragile parts of cables. The erection of high-voltage lines is entrusted to the local power supply department.

(3) All kinds of distribution lines are forbidden to be laid in trees. Bare wires should not be used to bind various insulated wires. The terminal of each branch of the distribution line shall be equipped with circuit breakers and effective short circuit and overload protection.

(4) The metal shell of all electrical equipment and the metal frame connected with electrical equipment must be grounded or grounded. Multi-strand copper wire should be used for grounding wire and neutral wire, and single-strand aluminum wire is prohibited. When the working neutral line is also used for neutral protection, the zero line should not be less than 1/2 of the cross section of the phase line. The neutral wire should not be equipped with switches and fuses. There must be no joint between the ground wire and neutral wire, and the connection with equipment and terminals must be firm and reliable with good contact. Generally, the pressure contact point should be located in an obvious place, and the conductor should not bear tension.

(5) Single-phase 220-volt electrical equipment with zero line protection shall be provided with a separate protection zero line, and the zero line protection of the equipment itself shall not be used.

(6) Installation of lightning protection and typhoon prevention devices in the facilities of the construction site and temporary living quarters.

(7) The distribution box should be firm, complete and tight, and the door should be painted red? Electricity? Words or danger signals. All wiring in the distribution box should be well insulated, neatly arranged and fixed on the disk after binding. The wire should not be too long, and the connection should be firm. There shall be no exposed charged body on the operating parts on the operation surface of distribution box and panel. It is forbidden to place sundries in the distribution box in use.

(8) When selecting various switches, fuses and thermal relays. The switch contactor should be flexible, with good contact and no ablation. Floor-standing distribution boxes are not suitable for construction in busy areas, and fences should be added if they are used.

(9) The distribution box on or beside the pole should be installed firmly, which is convenient for operation and maintenance. The distance between electrical equipment and distribution box should generally not be greater than 5 meters. The distance between the fixed distribution box and the flow lock box shall not exceed 40 meters at most.

(10) When using general wires, wear plastic hoses or rubber hoses for protection.

(1 1) The lighting lines of the construction site and temporary facilities shall be laid separately or through pipes, except for cable expansion.

(12) All electrical equipment used in the open air should have good rain-proof performance or appropriate rain-proof measures.
