Because after the internship, we will formally participate in the assembly of the gearbox. In other words, to work independently, the master only plays a guiding role, and the key lies in himself. Because I am eager to learn and have a serious working attitude during my internship, I have learned a good basic job, so I work smoothly and have a good ability to read drawings. I quickly adapted to the work of independent assembly and was praised by the leaders many times. Because they met during the internship and directly participated in the assembly of the gearbox, after working independently, the brothers and sisters continued to assemble the gearbox together. Because the gearbox is a complex equipment, the assembly accuracy is very high. Gearboxes are usually assembled hot and cold during the assembly process. These components have very strict requirements for assemblers, especially for accurate measurement of their heating or cooling dimensions, because they have just come out of school and have no measurement experience. Later, under the patient explanation and guidance of the master, they slowly mastered the tricks of measurement, and with more practice in measurement, these problems were slowly solved. I don't think it's difficult now, but I haven't got the hang of it.
Usually there are many problems in the assembly process. After encountering problems, everyone will analyze and discuss with me and come up with solutions. In this process, I also learned a lot that books can't. I also summed up a lot of experience in this year's assembly work, which laid a good foundation for my future gearbox design and benefited me a lot.
In the new year, I set myself a new goal, that is, to step up my study, better enrich myself and meet the challenges of the new period with full mental state. There will be more opportunities and competitions waiting for me next year, and I am also secretly encouraging myself. Stand firm in the competition.
