In ancient times, women had fewer opportunities for education. Without education, they teach ancient sages and sages, and they don't understand the truth of being a man. If you don't know how to be a man, your vision will be short and your mind will be narrow; Like to care, make the whole heart uneven, gossip, jealousy disputes began to emerge. Now' women's words' are not necessarily what women say. Men have no real upbringing in dealing with people, and often care about gains and losses with others, and they can't listen to what others say. Therefore, we should have insight and wisdom, and don't listen to rumors. As the saying goes, "Who is right and who is wrong, who is right and who is wrong." . The motive of the rumor monger is to control you, make your family and your group at odds. Therefore, a leader should be wise and refuse to alienate slanderers. 2. Lead by example, the power to educate, enlighten and influence others is particularly great. In fact, leaders must lead by example. Confucius has great respect for the ancient sages and kings, because the virtue of the ancient sages and kings was really created by himself. I once read a story about Yao Di. Second, I have no virtue, so it doesn't rain for a long time. Both these things are my fault. "Emperor Yao's sincere reflection immediately touched the world, and it began to rain on the spot. When a leader has such a mind and such an introspective attitude, he is an example for all the people. As soon as he did this, the people of the whole country immediately followed suit, and the fortune of the whole country took a turning point in an instant. Therefore, if a leader can sincerely reflect and always think of his people, this country will surely prosper. It all makes sense. In an article describing Shang Tang, it was recorded that the King of Tang was also a saint. He said, "Wan Fang is guilty, but I am guilty.". If ordinary people are guilty, it's not their fault, because I didn't educate them well, because I didn't set an example. Therefore, the king's self-reflective attitude can certainly move his subjects. These sages can touch the world with their sincerity, so have we touched the family with our sincerity? Therefore, from this story, we should not ask our families to do anything, but should first reflect on whether we have fulfilled our responsibilities. When we have this sincere and reflective attitude, even the national luck can turn, let alone a home! Many people say that these ancient stories about rain in the sky are myths. Actually, it's not. Why can't you see so many touching miracles now? What's the problem? Yes, compared with the ancient sages, our gap is too big. In ancient times, these sages always thought of their own mistakes, and their virtues became national models, such as Zhou Wenwang and Zhou Wuwang. Great men do their best to do the most fundamental things in life, and then touch the people of the whole country. Zhou Wenwang is very filial to his father. He goes to greet his father three times every morning, noon and evening. He is glad to see his father in good health. Seeing that his father was unwell, he felt very sad. He personally checked the food for three meals. Zhou Wenwang has really achieved the goal of "saving money in the morning and deciding when you are sleepy". Filial piety is human nature. When a king does this, he will touch the kindness of the people of the whole country and promote the filial piety of a country. "University" says that "the benevolence of one family is the prosperity of a country", and the benevolence of one family will drive the benevolence of the whole society. Therefore, to lead a country or a group, we must start with self-cultivation and housekeeping, and naturally we can rule the country and level the world. "University" said:' One family is benevolent, one country is benevolent, one country is benevolent, one country is greedy, and one country is chaotic'. Therefore, whether employees can support leaders depends on their attitudes and practices. Therefore, Mencius has a very incisive teaching on the relationship between monarch and minister. Mencius said:' If you regard me as a brother, I will regard you as my confidant; If you treat me like a dog or a horse, then I will treat you like a Chinese; If you regard your minister as dirt, then I regard you as Zhou. Therefore, leaders should not only consider their own pockets, but also consider the growth of employees and their families. As long as the leader has such mind and tolerance, the enterprise will surely lead well. (2) Loyalty of ministers 1. Persuading ministers to be loyal means that subordinates should be loyal to their duties, their leaders and their work. Therefore, there is a very important teaching in the book of filial piety, which mentions that' the son of heaven has seven contending ministers'. The vassal is the king of the ancient emperors. Although there is no way, doctors are people with official positions. A doctor has three ministers fighting for power and profit. As long as there are three subordinates around him who are willing to persuade him, he will not lose his family business, even though his moral knowledge is poor. Whether a leader has sincere subordinates is very important for the success or failure of his career. So many good officials and loyal ministers in ancient times were very dutiful. As long as the king is wrong, he immediately gives advice to the king. The most famous is Wei Zhi in the Tang Dynasty. But can you persuade others to be outspoken? We must also observe the words and deeds. Wei Zhi is very wise. When he served emperor Taizong for the first time, he said to the emperor,' I want to be a good minister and never be a loyal minister.' Wei Zheng wants to guide Tang Taizong to think through this sentence. Emperor Taizong asked curiously,' Why should we be a good minister instead of a loyal one?' Wei Zhi said to Emperor Taizong,' All loyal ministers will be beheaded, and some will be gouged out, so I won't be a loyal minister, I want to be a good one. After hearing what Wei Zhi said, Emperor Taizong burst out laughing, but in the process of laughing, Emperor Taizong would think that the loyal minister was persuaded to die by the emperor. The emperor must be a tyrant. If I kill the loyal minister, I will become a tyrant. Therefore, Wei Zhi made it clear to Emperor Taizong that he wanted to be a wise king, and he was willing to give advice, so that he and other loyal officials would not have to worry about their own lives when making suggestions. The wisdom of Wei Zhi's speech is quite high, so as a leader, the art of speech should be constantly improved. Later, Wei Zhi persuaded Emperor Taizong, very fiercely. Emperor Taizong couldn't accept it for a while, so he walked back to his bedroom angrily and shouted,' I'm so angry! I am so angry! I have to kill him. The angry words were just heard by the queen. Seeing that the emperor was so angry, the queen thought that Wei Zhi must have been too strict with Emperor Taizong, which made him so talented. The queen didn't directly ask the emperor what he was angry about, but got on the bus and said,' Congratulations to the emperor! "Congratulations to the emperor!" When Emperor Taizong was puzzled, I was so angry that I was half dead. Do you still congratulate me? He asked inexplicably,' What did you congratulate me on? The queen said,' Your Majesty, there must be a holy king, so people dare to be so outspoken.' Emperor Taizong was very angry and immediately became happy. It can be seen that the queen's wisdom in advising the emperor and protecting loyal subjects is also very high. We can learn from this story, whether an emperor or a person, what is the most indispensable thing for success in life and career? Is there anyone around who can really convince him? Can Emperor Taizong still work without Wei Zhi and Empress? It's too difficult! When Wei Zhi died, Emperor Taizong was very sad and said,' Look in the mirror and you can dress yourself up; Taking history as a mirror, we can know the rise and fall; Looking at people as a mirror, we can see the gains and losses. Wei Zhi's death made Emperor Taizong lose a mirror. As a leader, Wei Zhi set a good example for us. If you have ever had a close relationship, admonition will make you feel better. Please be soft on me. Subordinates advise leaders and bosses to be gentle,' please make a suggestion if you don't', and then advise them when the leaders are in a better mood. Even if he can't accept it, we don't complain, because we are doing what we should do, so we have a clear conscience. The premise of persuasion is that leaders must have enough trust in us to convince us. Now many subordinates are afraid to persuade the section chief, for fear that they will lose their seats after persuasion. Therefore, when people are suffering from gains and losses, they cannot follow reason and righteousness. The ancients said that' no desire is just', and this' desire' is selfishness. Man is selfish and his heart is unjust. So now many employees in public institutions are worried about which boss to follow every day. If they follow the wrong boss and vote for the wrong boss, they may lose all their efforts. The so-called "once every emperor is a courtier." If you follow the leader with such a mentality, will life feel very practical? No, in this mentality, we don't work hard every day, but try to figure out the boss's mentality. Because he worked hard, his ability was improved. When a good official comes, you must use staff who can handle things properly and satisfactorily. At this time, the opportunity comes uninvited. So as long as we are not selfish, but do our duty, I believe that our life should have a good development. 2. In the whole work process, I believe that there are many bosses and many officers who take care of us and promote us. Therefore, meeting a good boss in the process of work will not only guide us in our work ability, but also care about our family life. Therefore, in the whole process of life and work, we should always remember these leaders and bosses who have taken care of us and promoted us. This grace cannot be forgotten.
